Spring has arrived at Curl Fitness and we’re gearing up for some new events, new classes and new foods. We’ve updated our website to introduce all our wonderful instructors who call Curl Fitness home, and don’t forget Lido House Hotel is scheduled to open mid month.

Monthly Events

April 2018

March 30th – Fresh From Me to You Tasting ~ Melissa will be here 8:30am-10:30am to sample out her new Carrot Cake Cupcakes and of course all the regular favorites. 
April 1st –
CLOSED for Easter 
April 7 thYoga on the Main Deck (link for sign up)

PADDLE BOARDING
Paddle boarding will be back next month! Stop by the front desk for sign ups, prices and more information. Sessions are an hour and half and include board rental, paddle instructor and 2 hour parking validation.

Have any friends or family visiting over spring break?
Don’t forget as a member you can bring any guest to the gym for a $10/day pass. (ID required for their first visit)

30 x 30 (Cycle + Yoga)

Check out our newest class, 30×30 Cycle +  Yoga featuring 30 minutes of cycle followed by 30 minutes of yoga.

Let’s raise that heart rate with an intense 30 minutes of cycle set to today’s pop hits, followed by a slow 30 minute cool down of yoga to stretch it out. Or if you’re looking for a quick 30 min workout just jump in either cycle or yoga.

Carrot Cake Cupcakes

Just in time for Spring, Fresh From Me to You has made delicious nut-free carrot cake cupcakes! 
They are coconut flour based with freshly shredded organic carrots, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice from home grown lemons, sweetened with organic maple syrup and topped with coconut frosting. 

Don’t forget Melissa will be here Saturday morning March 31st for tasting FREE SAMPLES.

Equipment Questions

Have you found yourself wandering around the weight room trying to figure out which machine to use for what? Maybe you’re wondering how to use the Free Motion cable machines upstairs, or curious what to do on the Smith Machine? Or what is the Smith Machine?
The Curl Crew is here to help! Don’t hesitate to come ask any free Curl Crew trainer in the gym. We’re happy to show you the proper and safe way to use any machine. 

If you’re looking for a more detailed walk through of machines and exercises, why not use your ONE COMPLIMENTARY Training Session that we mentioned in last month’s newsletter?!  Stop by the front desk to schedule your free session with one of our trainers.

They have been delivered to the foster families of Trinity Youth Services and will be handed out Easter morning to the kids. Thank you all again for your wonderful community support.
