Jeff specializes in fat loss, muscle toning, flexibility and strengthening of the core. “The feeling that I get while helping change someone’s lifestyle and seeing them transform is extremely rewarding!” With the right motivation and proper exercise techniques, anything is possible.

As a NCSF Personal Trainer, Maddy’s foundation begins with the belief that health and wellness is a healing practice. Providing clients with the most mindful and effective training in a safe, encouraging and fun environment is her optimal goal. Maddy’s years of experience teaching group exercise classes, programming the most current and effective individualized workouts and working with seniors are some of the many passions that have helped to evolve her compassion and empathy for each individual, understanding their unique situation and goals, and connecting in order to best meet their goals.

Casie started her personal training career in the Athletic Department at UCLA, and has trained clients of various fitness levels with a wide array of goals. Her specialties include fat loss, muscle growth, toning/sculpting, injury rehabilitation and cardiovascular endurance training. In every training session she pushes her clients to leave their exercise comfort zone, and motivates them to make healthy choices outside of the gym to ensure they achieve optimal results. With Casie’s encouragement, people can reach their short-term goals, and commit to a healthier lifestyle long-term.

I have been a trainer for over 7 years. It is my passion and I love changing people’s lives. I have lived in Paris, London, St. Martin (Caribbean), New York City, Los Angeles and now Huntington Beach! I played Soccer on the National French team. I was a sponsored skateboarder, twice finalist French champion in kickboxing, and I was a jet ski instructor in the Caribbean for 6 years! I believe in living your life to the fullest and when you are happy and healthy you can do anything. I have had my fair share of broken bones and injuries along the way. Through my own experience and training I can help you get in shape even with medical and physical limitations
